Mastering experiential hospitality.
The dining platform conceived by Anne-Christelle Pérochon strengthened the relationship between chefs and their guests, and conceived a series of singular omakase evenings curated as experimental formats for hospitality experience.
Each edition invited a chef to imagine a carte-blanche menu for one night only, exploring ingredients, narrative and atmosphere through an immersive dining ritual. Presented in a sequence of unexpected expressions, the dining experience was paired with cocktails in dialogue with the cuisine, reflecting the restaurant’s distinctive approach to gastronomy and mixology.
Beyond a culinary event, these evenings functioned as early explorations of what would later become a central theme of ACP's work: the design of hospitality experiences where narrative, ritual and cultural context converge to create meaningful encounters between place, craft and guests.
