Frustrated by the difficulty of securing a last-minute table at the most sought-after restaurants, she conceived a digital concierge to solve both sides of the experience. With a single tap, guests access Michelin-starred and rising tables, usually fully booked. The key to the model: helping restaurants fill last-minute cancellations: 20% on average, main revenue and energy loss, while allowing a qualified clientele to get priority access to the rarest cuisines.

In 2014, she founded Bim, stepping away from a career in private equity in Paris. In less than a year after launch, the app became the leader of its market.
